My first review on google because i deem it neccessary to warn others about this dentist. Red flags which should be addressed. I recall how he once allowed me to walk out with blood stains on the corner of my mouth after completing work on a tooth. Good thing my girlfriend who was waiting for me at the waiting room noticed and advised me clean those blood stains prior to walking out of the office . He has terrible bed side manners and must be either dishonest or inept in his profession. I have seen him 4 times this year to address concerns with my annual checkup. X rays were taken early on and after visiting his office 3 times for a mouth guard fitting and two cleanings, he brought it to my attention on the fourth visit of the year that I waited too long to address a problem with a tooth which would therefore require a crown and very possibly a root canal. Why he waited to alert me about this on the fourth visit and not on the first, second or third visit is beyond me. I left his office and got a second opinion on the same day and was told that all that was needed was just a fix to a cracked tooth filling. No crown or root canal required. Stay away from this dentist he wants to work on your dental plan not your teeth.

Mr. Dentist moon said he would help me extract my infected tooth. He “numbed”me twice and told me “I wouldn’t feel anything” except pressure. But as soon as he touched my infect tooth I felt everything. He said “this is 10% of what you will feel when I extract it”. I felt excruciating pain and when I asked for more numbing he replied with “if I give you another shot you will die”. I left the office with my tooth cracked, bleeding, and in tears. I made an appointment with an oral surgeon the next day, who was in shock of his shoddy work. The new dentist fixed not only the infected tooth but two more teeth that needed fixing which “Dr” Moon missed. I don’t ever write review but this was one of the most excruciating experiences of my life and if I can save someone from going through what I went through this review did its job.

I’m a dentist and I saw Dr. Moon a few years back but work kept me in the city too often so I didn’t go for a bit (I’m actually due and plan on going back). Super professional and super ethical. His office is clean and all of his staff are very nice. And for the skeptical ones, I never mentioned I also was a dentist at my first visit, but still treated me and my wife like royalty. Definitely a role model for many of us to follow!

UPDATE: 02/03/2022 – same review still holds! If you’re in doubt, you can’t go wrong going to a dentist’s dentist! I’m sure in August, I’ll leave another stellar update (since I can only give 5 stars once on here, no matter how many times I may come to the office).
