This dentist office was recommended to me by my coworker. It was easy to get an appointment, and all necessary forms/documents were available online via very user-friendly software. The office was easily located, and both the grounds and the interior were immaculate. Inside features the latest equipment available in the dental industry and is operated effortlessly by the most incredible staff I’ve seen. I was heartedly welcomed by Ms. Brittany and my experience began almost immediately afterward. My Tech, Ms. Jenna, came for me and from the jump she explained everything she was going to do and why. She gracefully spent the duration of my visit demonstrating her vast knowledge and skills set, while lulling me into a totally calm and peaceful state of mind. She had all my x-rays taken, my chart information current, and everything assembled properly for the Doctor’s arrival. Dr. B came in and sat beside me. She (first) made time for an initial greeting chat, then after consulting with Ms. Jenna, she SLOWLY and CAREFULLY began. She took her time with each procedure, being mindful to explain things as she went, and when it was time for my extraction, she made ABSOLUTE sure that I experienced NO PAIN, whatsoever! She was gentle and professional the entire visit. She has a calming aura that caused me to feel “safe” and well. After my procedure, she continued to spend time with me and she and her team were exceptional with my aftercare! I left with 2 bags of products and samples, as well as my instructions and Rx’s. I’ve always had “dental anxiety”, but this team was so on point with everything they did, that I’m looking forward to my next visit with them! I can’t say enough good things about these ladies, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. B and her team at Seven Pines, and I will NEVER go anywhere else again for my dental health!

I only wish that I had good things to say. On my 1st visit, I came in because my filling fell out. Dr. Movahed spoke to me as if I were a child. She told me that I had to have a deep cleaning because she only worked on clean teeth, I allowed the cleaning. She created a plan with her assistant but, failed to include me in her plan. No plan, no quote on the cost and no replacement filling. I reluctantly rescheduled my next appointment because my mouth was clean and I really need a replacement filling before my tooth broke.

When I arrive for my appointment today, the dental assistant informs me that they are cleaning my teeth again, doing more fillings and preparing for a crown. I didn’t authorize this. When I left my last appointment I was told that I was to get a cleaning and a filling on the tooth that the filling that fell out.

Dr. Movahed told me that they focus on the whole mouth not just what the patient needs or request. She also said that other dentist may work that way but, she doesn’t and if I didn’t prepare for the crown then, I might as well do nothing. I took her advise and left my appointment. I will not be returning and I still have a missing filling.

This is just me but, I don’t like when people disrespect other professionals to make themselves look better.

I am very disappointed that this didn’t work out. A huge waste of my time.

I couldn’t say enough great things about this practice. Everyone is so kind, attentive, and professional. I wish I could remember all the names of everyone I interacted with at my appointment but they all just created an amazing and positive atmosphere. Dr Movahed helped address all of my concerns in a very educational and patient way. I will keep coming back as I’m so grateful to have landed with Seven Pines Dental!
