My husband and I have been patients of Seville Family Dentistry for 15 years. Our appointments have always been acceptional experiences. The husband and wife dentists are outstanding, the heigenists are delightful and skilled and the office staff were always friendly and helpful. This is why I gave five stars.

However, my last unfortunate experiences this week with a rude and arrogant office staff member (by text, in person and on the phone) have made me feel unappreciated and not valued as a patient. During our communication, her attitude of superiority and the way she talked down to me has made me reevaluate whether I want to continue being a patient of this office.

I have been going to Seville Family Dentistry since 2013 when I chipped my front tooth on a Friday afternoon. I had just moved to AZ and didn’t have a designated dentist yet and called around to several in the area. Dr. Howie Brauer was the only dentist to squeeze me in before the end of the day and did an amazing job fixing my tooth. I have been going to them ever since. I see Shelly every 3 months for periodontal maintenance and she is absolutely wonderful! She is always very gentle and thorough. Each visit we catch up on things going on in our lives. 🙂 Dr. Joy and Dr. Howie truly have a one of a kind office with amazing staff. Would 100% recommend.

Marsha has provided the most amazing service every time I come in to get a cleaning. I am assured by her quality of work that I will leave with the best result every time! She double checks her work constantly and takes her time making sure it’s perfect. Not to mention she is a down to earth and such a fun human to talk to while still maintaining a relaxing experience. She shows she enjoys her job and that automatically makes you enjoy being a patient! This facility does a wonderful job. 🙂
