I had a truly fantastic experience at Seymour Dental Centre, and I just have to give a special shout-out to Katherine at the reception for making it even more wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Katherine’s bright smile and friendly demeanour. She immediately made me feel at ease and set the tone for the rest of my visit. Her attention to detail ensured that I had all the information I needed, and she patiently answered all of my questions, demonstrating her extensive knowledge about the practice and their services.

The rest of the staff at Seymour Dental Centre was equally friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like I was among friends. The dental professionals were highly skilled, and I left the office feeling extremely satisfied with the care I received.

I highly recommend their services, and I can’t thank Katherine enough for making my visit so wonderful. I will definitely be returning for all my future dental needs with my kids in tow!

Katherine was super helpful in helping me work through a dental emergency. I was on vacation and started experiencing some tooth sensitivity, so I sent an email over and got a response within minutes letting me know that while my dentist was on vacation, I had a few other options to go to other offices along with their contact information, but could also book for something as soon as my dentist was back. Definitely helped relieve some of the stress I was feeling at the time. And today, they fixed the issue with my tooth!!! Yay!!!

Also, a shout out to Dr Lee and the hygienist for the excellent work on making my tooth look even better than before, along with fixing my bite!
