Today was my first but not last visit to Shelnutt Family Dentistry.

Lauren and other office personnel were extremely friendly and helpful.

My initial impression of Dr. Shelnutt is that he
– demonstrated a professional competency
– expressed a real concern for me the patient
– took time to answer all my questions and address my concerns
– provided beneficial feedback which allowed me to determine the best option to fit my personal situation

Genna, my hygienist did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. She was very gentle yet thorough, and recommended ways for me to better care for my mouth. I cannot give her enough kudos.

Overall, Dr. Shelnutt and his staff provided me with an excellent patient experience. I could not be more pleased with the high level of service received. I highly recommend Shelnutt Family Dentistry.

I had an issue over holiday weekend and he took the time out of his life to call me the night before to make sure I could come in next day, that is a rare thing in this day and age, to have someone take the time to show concern for their patients ….I appreciate that. He cares….

I drive 45 minutes to get there, I could go to many other dentist but I choose to go to someone that I trust and I know has my best interest.

This was my first visit to the office. I had my cleaning with Ms. Candy, and she was great. She gave good patient education, was gentle but thorough and had great bedside manner. Dr. Shelnutt was also easy to talk to and work with. I’d highly recommend this office!
