Bad low quality service, bad staff, clinic can’t keep track of appointments. Not recommended to any military families (I am a military spouse and GS employee), back in December I booked a cleaning appointment and asked for a future appointment to get a crown or veneer for chipped tooth, dr Angela informs me that it takes about 4 months for TRICARE to approve dental work and send paperwork to me, so I accepted the dr story thinking we are in Covid era so it takes longer time to approve work, 4 months passed I call in April TRICARE to find out that it takes 1-3 business days for approval not 4 months I was informed that it might be the clinic that takes that long to file. fast forward in June the chipped tooth breaks and I called for appointment I was given an appointment for Saturday at 11:30 by Dr. Angela to get a crown or veneer, when I got the reminder call I was told my appointment is at 12:15 I texted to check on why there is difference in time I was told that on Saturday lunch break is at 11. anyway on appointment day dr, Angela called and texted us multiple times as we are heading to clinic on time, made it to clinic to find out that her Hygienist was late and made it about 10 minutes after us, dr Angela and hygienist just cleaned and checked my teeth without doing the work I booked the appointment for, I asked her why my work was not performed on that day she said they just wanted to check on my gums first, so I let her know that I am having hard time with talking and eating and it is effecting me as I have a job that I have to communicate with clients face to face and I don’t like having to deal with broken tooth while I am working, so she let me know that she will book me for Friday July. 5th at 9:30 am (by dr. Angela Sherdden – the clinic have no receptionist, and you don’t get appointment card either ) on Friday July 5th came in for my appointment on time to find clinic closed, called the clinic multiple times with no response, I remembered that I was texted from VA number so I texted the number to find out that I am booked for the following Friday. which is not true as I requested a sick leave day to be able to go to my appointment on Friday July 5th, dr. Angela explained that there was a mix up and they close Friday the day after 4th of July just like Fort Knox. Please stay away from this clinic as they do not track their appointments and they don’t care about patients, their leave time, health, hardship they might have because of teeth issues. Hardin county and Elizabethtown/ Vine Grove area have so many phenomenal dentistry clinics but definitely not this clinic.

Dr. Shelton went above and beyond to aide my 6 year old daughter with a dental emergency over Christmas break. My daughters dental office dentist were out of town and with no one to help after calling and calling dental offices all over the area she was the only one that was available and was willing to drive an hour to see us. Talk about my unsung hero : ) Thank you so much for going above and beyond for a little girl who wasn’t even a current patient at the time.

She’s the best whether it’s a tooth ache or annual check up’s. Just the right amount of anesthesia to numb the area without leaving your mouth numb all day. The support staff is friendly and professional as well.
