Their front desk associates have no idea what are they doing. They are all over the place. Sending me text messages and emails to confirm my appointment, then twelve hours before my actual appointment they called and cancelled my appointment saying my insurance didn’t go through. They have a $150 cancellation fee for late notification for patients, but it’s totally ok for them to do it. Why can’t they check that before making an appointment? this happened three times in less than two months and I had to cancel my other plan for this. Also, every time a different dentist visits you with a different opinion which is opposite of the one before. You get confused. Not recommend

I recently visited Sherbourne dental clinic and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with the latest technology.

Doctor was thorough in explaining my treatment options and answered all my questions patiently. The procedure was performed with great care and precision, and I experienced minimal discomfort.
