Me and my husband have been patient at this clinic for a couple of years, doctor did a lot fillings for me and my husband, all those fillings were bad (as the result , now everything needs to be redone , which cost a lot of money, that’s why I decided to leave this review), we have to come back 2-3 times to adjust it , as sensitivity was there all the time, and it’s not just happened ones, but all the time for both of us. Doctor told us it’s was okey , and we believed , that’s why we came back again and again to adjust fillings. But it wasn’t , why I know that , because we have another family dentist now, and everything works just fine from the first time.
She also did front tooth for my husband, covered it with filling as it was discolored (she suggested to do that ) and at night he woke up and tooth was fallen out at all. So, he had to do crown ( she did it , with discount, thanks for that at least).
She also tried to remove wisdom teeth for me, she was trying to remove it an above 1,5 hours , still couldn’t, than she finally decided send me to sergeant with open gum (he spent 5 min to remove it), after 1,5 of her trying to remove it , all my throat was in pain and blue ( because of bruises, it was painful even swallowing food). When I asked sergeant why dentists allowed to do that , without proper equipment, he said they call it “practice” and they can do that.
Then we finally decided never come back to this clinic.

I have tried several dentists before Dr. Pentsak and am most appreciative of the professionalism of this practice. When I had fillings done, two things that made me feel like I was in really good hands were: my teeth are usually very sensitive to cold and are somehow hard to freeze. Usually, I’ll get comments on how hard they are to operate on, but Dr. Pentsak navigated everything with patience and care. Also, when I had pain in one of my teeth that looked like it would lead to a root canal, she managed to save it by performing a filling surgery. She was very clear about the diagnosis: it may or may not save the tooth but we should give it a try because you’re so young. In addition to that, all the other staff are friendly and attentive. Every time I visit, it is always a happy experience. I’m very happy I found them.

I am so glad that I found Dr. Halyna Pentsak and this center! I have many health problems and I am very sensitive, but I was able to trust the doctor and did not regret it! I came with acute pulpitis and caries, all my problems were hidden and the doctor immediately read everything on the X-ray. Halyna immediately removed the inflammation, checked the rest of my teeth, within a month we cured everything, put fillings, cleaned and finally I feel good and I don’t worry. I am very curious and I was explained every step and how to avoid repetition. Now I’m looking forward to a new meeting and I’m not afraid of dentists! Everyone in this center was very careful and took care of my sensitivity! Thank you so much
