Dr. Sadia is very good, I feel very comfortable in her hands. The staff is also amazing, it’s a less tense medical environment…everyone is nice.
Which is a win in ontario!!
However, there is a dental hygienist who makes a mess when cleaning my teeth, I have been getting cleaning done for more than 15 yrs, so I know wat cleaning is like, however it is never a messy process.

She gets it all over my face, all the water, gunk etc, I just feel like taking a full body shower after that. It feels very dirty. My whole face gets covered from whatever was in my mouth. Also, this is not a first, I have had the same experience in the past from cleaning, I believe from the same person.
I usually don’t complain, so I hope this is taken as constructive feedback, to help enhance this service. I have also heard relative feedback from some others who go here.

My appointment was on May 24.
I just advise to do it cleaner or may be assistance is needed as I have received cleaning in the past where there are two ppl cleaning my teeth.

Recently got my Wisdom tooth extraction from Dr Sukhjeevan Chatta. Amazing surgeon,listened to my concerns calmly that I wanted Pain-free extraction and honestly I didn’t feel any pain and the whole process was done in less than 15 min. Hes very down to earth and has magic in his hands. His assistant Nikitia is also very knowledgeable and professional. She agreed to hold my hand during the procedure and explained the procedure and X ray very well. Everyone in the clinic has empathy and kindness towards their patients.
The whole booking process was very smooth,Gaggan,their receptionist gave me time and day according to my feasibility which very less Clinics in Ontario do.
Dr Sadia is a very competent dentist and she gave appropriate advice during my initial dental check up.
And their rates are very affordable.
Highly recommend this hidden gem in Brampton for all your dental problems especially for adults who are very anxious for their dental procedures.

The receptionists keep changing and they are super confused girls. They don’t know what they are doing. It’s like you have called to a restaurant to order food!

I had my 3 tooth removed from Dr Chaddha and I have 2 more to go. I called them in February beginning to make an appointment with Dr Chaddha the receptionist said she’ll call me back. Since then I’m just getting calls regarding cleanup only not about tooth extraction. They keep pushing me for a new doctor. Friday I came to know that Dr Chaddha have left the clinic and it’s been a year now. Why you guys were stalling me then? I’m guessing there are 3 receptionists and they don’t have a clue what’s going on in the clinic.

Whenever you’ll call they will pick it up and cut it. If you’ll email them you are not going to get any replies. My new dental clinic emailed regarding my X-rays they never replied.

I’ve been going there since 2017 but I’ll not be going back now.
