This was my first time coming to this office. The entire process, from when I first called with a dental emergency, to the time I left with my repaired tooth, was amazing!

Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were very transparent with my options for treatment, letting me know right up front that my particular situation is not generally covered by dental insurance, and provided me with several options to help alleviate the repayment.

Everyone was super patient with me, and the dentist, Dr. Fong, really went out of his way to ensure my “bite” felt right for me, taking his time and care to contour everything perfectly.

I was also really glad that everything was able to be done in one visit, including fabricating a crown.

I will definitely have all my future dental treatment done at Shrewsbury Dental. The great experience really made me want to go there from now on!

I have tried to give this office chances. I had a prior issue with billing and they did resolve that after I complained. This time it’s not billing it’s the care I received. Dr Fuller did a root canal and bridge LESS THAN 2 yrs ago! I go back today for emergency appt with a swollen face and major pain, the cover dentist told me there’s nothing he could do and they sent me off with a referral in TEARS. There endo is only there 2x a month so to get an appointment I would have had to wait. I ended up finding an endo who told me the infection was so bad it spread to my gums/bone! This was a root canal with a bridge that was done aprox 1.5 yrs ago! Instead of the dentist offering too re-treat a root canal he messed up I now have to pay higher fees for an endo. Be very aware.

Shrewsbury Dentistry was great welcoming me as a new patient. Dr. Fuller is so nice – explained and answered all my questions. They have a full team – specialists too – everything you need in one place with modern equipment.

I was impressed with Caitlin and her team. They have their own in-house insurance which I took advantage of and she outlined a plan and different options on payment. Her team attended to my needs too. I’ll be able to have all work done and peace of mind.

The enironment is family friendly – I left feeling happy and recommend them to anyone seeking a new dentist.
