Reviews:
I’m not one to leave reviews but I feel like I should warn people about this place. If I could give 0 stars I would, the place is dirty, I wouldn’t consider myself a clean freak or anything, but this office is not clean at all. The doctor barely said two words to me after they took my scans, I never saw her wash her hands, and I pretty sure they are using tools on multiply people before getting new ones. The tools she put in my mouth were CUSTY AND DIRTY and were most definitely NOT NEW. She never opened the tools wrapper Infront of me and they were sitting next to me on the stand the whole time while I was waiting on her for 30 mins, and I almost took a picture but didn’t (regretting that now). I have tried to call the office now several times to have them email my scans to another dentist (because I refuse to go back) and they never answer the phone (never call me back after leaving messages either). Also, every time I go to the office to try to talk to someone they are closed, never have been to a dentist that randomly closes all the time (happened to me 3 times). DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.
edit:
Why does this place have 4/5 stars…. no way that’s possible. More than 80% of these reviews are 1/5 stars and people talking about their horrible experience here. Something is not adding up.
Worst experience. I had to do most of the work between this office and my doctor’s to get my medical clearance. And after all these interactions not one person mentioned that my insurance wasn’t going to pay for my 1st procedure until I was sitting in the chair ready for it and I was told I was going to have to pay $2000.00 before I left. Needless to say I left. These were the most unprofessional people I ever met. Clerical were very pleasant but other than that I really dont know if they know what they are doing. I had bad vibes from the beginning should have ran then.
Can a manager please reach out to me? I’m leaving messages at the office and getting no response. And just found out from my insurance that the appeal I did on Feb 26 was denied again today because a request was submitted to the office by the insurance with a 15 day window, and no response from office. I am, and have been, in pain (with sensitivity off the charts) since my first appt there on Feb 19. I need your help in getting my teeth taken care of please.
UPDATE: Thank u jake for returning my call and answering my questions. I’m hopeful things will look up from here.
