this place was not bad but not good but i would describe my experience as mostly unpleasant.
i made an appointment online 3 months in advance only for them to tell me a couple days before the appointment that it was incorrect. i even called before making the appointment and that’s what the receptionist offered. maybe the mistake was mine but why wait 3 months to tell me??? they did nothing to help the situation other than offer another appointment 3 months later which was frustrating.
the hygienist was fine but she talked to me as if i were a child. i think she was just trying to be kind but it made me uncomfortable
cherry on top was waiting for 35 minutes to see the dentist and seeing her for less than 5 minutes.
i’ve had worse experiences at the dentist but i’ve also had way better ones.
This is my second appointment at Silver Sage Family Dentistry and I must say it was wonderful. I was so nervous because I was coming in for a Crown and when I tell you they called and sent me several emails updating me about the procedure to come and all the details. I was very comfortable and feel like I can definitely do it again with them. I will be bringing my entire family and telling every Veteran I know. This is the best experience I have had since I moved to Texas in 2016 and I will be coming back here for every service my family and I need. If you haven’t been here please come you won’t regret it.
Not going to lie I’m one of those people who have not gone to the dentist in forever. Silver Sage has been an amazing place to get back into it and have eased me into getting what Ive needed done in a timely and effective manner. From waiting room to the actual dentist room it’s all put together perfect. Thank you Andi, Dr. Peterson,Kim, Karen, Tanya and of course Maggie who has been in constant communication with my insurance compnay so I can get the best care with every visit. Highly recommend Silver Sage for your dental needs.
