Brought ‘my Vet’ to have many teeth pulled today that had infection that could have adversely affected his physical health.
We were greeted with a welcoming smile, the dentist answered every question, explained the entire time what he was doing, was truly concerned if my Vet was in pain, took his time to ensure all of the broken teeth were extracted, was open to requests and then took time to explain post op home care that included a cell phone number to contact with any concern.
This dentist and his staff went above and beyond to ensure ‘my Vet’s’ anxiety level stayed manageable before, during and after his teeth being removed; helping his PTSD.
We are grateful for the discount given which made this possible to get ‘my Vet’ healthier.
Most hate the dentist having lots of fear of pain; this visit was amazing.
We highly recommend.

Had a cavity that needed to be filled and it ended up being the most expensive dental fix I’ve ever paid. They first examined my tooth and sent me to another doc to do a root canal. The guy they sent me to upped his price half way during my procedure which is a disgusting practice. So that cost me $1600. So once that was done I needed a crown done from silver tree and without insurance it came to $3000 and nothing was broken down by cost. They also made me pay twice for the molding because their 3D printed crown didn’t quite fit. To top everything off I haven’t been able to eat on the tooth they “fixed” as the cap is way too large and is painful to bite down. I was hopeful for this place esp seeing the 5 star reviews however there are lots of companies around that help facilitate such reviews.
Dr. Dickson is an excellent & intelligent dentist that takes pride in his work. Being older and having had more than my fair share of dental work, believe me, good dentists are few and far between. He made me feel comfortable and checked every few minutes to make sure I was ok as he extracted a tooth that had been loose for a year or so. I pointed it out to my previous dentist and he said it was the crown that was loose not the tooth. After Dr Dickson got the tooth out he found a humongous abscess under it that had been there quite some time. It left a hole in my jaw and for some reason it hadn’t been hurting, this required a round of antibiotics. Thank you Dr Dickson for finding the problem.
