Changing my review after several years, because they’re liars and scammers, be careful! After being my family their clients for several years and after referring so many people to them, I was disappointed by the way they started lying lately and scamming me. My kids have access to Health Smiles Ontario and are eligible for a free visit every 6 months. However, each time I went there, they suggested making appointments more frequently, and each time they kept changing the time period, saying that it’s covered by this way when it’s NOT! I was following their suggestion as we have an idiom in our culture that says, “follow a liar till his door” . On top of that, they were still making me pay when, in all other places including theirs before, it was covered by every 6 months! Finally, one day they ended up saying we don’t accept this insurance anymore, and I had to cancel my son’s appointment after waiting so long for it. On the other hand, they told me that I have 8 teeth needing treatment with fillings. I was stressed out, especially because I don’t have insurance. But, thank God, I believe everything works for my good, I started after that going to another dentist, and they told me that I have ONLY 1 tooth needing filling. I also started taking my kids to another dentist for every 6 months covered visit.

It was a disappointing experience!

I am a senior and when I phoned them followed by in-person visit to their clinic I was told that they will do their best to accommodate me within the Canadian dental care plan amount for seniors hence I decided to proceed with the treatment but after the first visit on June 27 2024 for which they billed $607.27 they backed out of their promise and said it would be not possible in future to accommodate within the Canadian dental coverage and I will have to pay over and above the Canadian dental plan amount which was contrary to the assurance they give me in the beginning otherwise I would not have visited them in the first place,
I had to look for another dentist almost half way through, luckily I found an excellent dentist who was not only willing to work within the Canadian dental coverage prescribed prices but has been providing an excellent treatment so far, I feel that this clinic lacks proper business ethics,

I have switched dental offices after being over 20 years at my old place and Silverhill has been beyond my expectations. I came here needing an emergency root canal after breaking my tooth and was pleased that I could have all the work done in 1 office, as there is a specialist there weekly. Dr Sartipi is experienced, efficient, and has a very calm demenour, which has been entirely reassuring during this process! In fact, I am grateful to have come here to fix all of my teeth! Rosa at the front desk is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very capably manages all the paperwork with the insurance- again making the process less stressful! I have subsequently shifted my entire family here for all of our dental needs, including the kids’ cleanings and check ups. Everyone in this office has been with the team a long time and you get the attention, care, and compassion needed. I 100% recommend this office for the entire family!
