Went to this dentist twice. First issue I had was the one hygienist was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. Went the second time and things went ok.
Made an appointment for 6 months. Typically I would get a call or email as a courtesy reminder for my appointment as most typically have a lot going on to remember an appointment from 6 months prior that they made.
Never got the reminder. Ok so call to reschedule and Were several weeks out, so went on their cancellation list.
Called me once back in September and that appointment didn’t work, didn’t hear from them again until last Monday. With a message saying” Hi Kyle, we have an appointment for dec 6th at 10:45. We are putting you in for this appointment, but if this doesn’t work please call us back to reschedule.”
Weds morning to be nice I simply just wanted to confirm appointment around 9am and let them know I was coming.
They tell me that the appointment was cancelled…..Seriously?!?
If I was supposed to call and confirm then tell me that in the message but to have cancelled it a day later and not tell me? Horrible customer service. I then asked for a call back from both the office manager and/or the dentist himself and that too didn’t happen and it’s been several days.
I’m sure I’m not the only one this has been done to either.
I have since found a new dentist and already got in for a cleaning. Will not be going back.

Steer clear of this place, horrible professionalism.
My 10 year old granddaughter needed to have her tooth filled. Dr. Silverman managed to numb her mouth without he realizing he used a needle. He spent time talking to her about her school work. He drilled and filled her tooth in record time. I would highly recommend Dr. Silverman.
I’ve been going to this office since I was a child, and now as an adult – I take my children there. They’ve always been wonderful and make us feel comfortable . Also, my brother is a developmentally disabled adult, and we couldn’t be happier with how they care for him as well.
