I can’t imagine how anyone could be anxious about going to the dentist when there are practitioners like Dr. Whitaker available. She is extremely personable and sensitive to patient concerns and her sympathy during difficult procedures is welcome and appreciated. I have probably never dreaded appointments less than I have since starting with her, and it is nice to feel remembered and recognized as a person and not just a patient. Very glad to have found her and her clean, convenient and comfortable office. Praise goes to the pleasant hygienist and genuinely lovely new receptionist…having good personalities as well as appropriate abilities in place really does make a difference.

I can’t believe that it has taken me this long to write a glowing review for Simcoe Dental. My whole family goes to this practice, and has for 7+ years. Dr. Son, in my perspective, is one of the best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He’s professional, knowledgeable and perhaps more importantly – just a great person to interact with. We’re never rushed, questions always answered. They have best in class technology, and the space is incredibly clean. They run on time, and administratively they are incredibly efficient. I can’t recommend this dental office enough.

The dentist can be an uneasy place, regardless of the positive outcome I’m normally used to, (not to brag). However, not Simcoe Dental Group. There is a warm and welcoming feeling here, something most of us aren’t used to at the dentist. Amanda, at the front, was super helpful and accommodating with my annoying schedule and did whatever she could to fit me in. Dana, my hygienist, was extremely knowledgeable and gave me all details and tips needed to make sure my next visit would be even more pleasant! I would most definitely recommend this group.
