Going to the dentist is terrifying for pretty much everyone. I have to say that as soon as I walked in to the office I was met with warmth and sensitivity. The staff is so professional and so in tuned with your level of comfort and anxiety that they were able to accommodate me by their soft tones and asking permission, even to change the direction I was facing to get a better view of what they were looking for. They definitely had a gentle touch and a caring disposition. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more comfortable and secure in a dental office. They were incredibly helpful and I won’t have anxiety the next time I have an appointment I can guarantee that. In fact I will look forward to having them help me achieve my goals. Even the questions that were asked were not just stock questions that every other dentist has asked. they wanted to know what your hopes were what you would like in the future where your desires fell as far as more cosmetic looking or more functional. I mean the list was much more detailed than anywhere else I’ve been. They took into account not just the basics of healthy teeth but the all-around needs of a person. It’s kind of difficult to explain unless you go yourself and experience what I just experienced. But they make you feel like they get you, if you can understand what I’m saying. So I guess what I’m trying to communicate in this review is if you make an appointment at Simply Amazing Smiles you don’t have to worry about being hurt, or not being understood or being made to feel that perhaps you could have done better, on the contrary you will be met with understanding and guidance and help.

I came to Simply Amazing Smiles initially for a dental emergency. I was in extreme pain on a long weekend, Trevor took our call on a holiday and got me in for my procedure asap. It’s been 10 years since I’ve seen a dentist so I had pretty extreme anxiety going into it. The whole team made me feel comfortable and were extremely kind throughout the whole process. They offered me options for my anxiety and the procedure went so good that I have now been in for a cleaning and follow up appointment with little to no anxiety at all. I like how they prioritize treatments so you’re not overwhelmed. Their ultimate goal is your overall health and to be sure you’re comfortable along the way, it shows. I appreciate everyone there and definitely recommend you check them out, especially if going to the dentist gives you anxiety
