Reviews:
I don’t even know where to start as i wasn’t going to write this review but after everything that I’ve gone through and reading that last review, I knew I had to. I agree with with what Nancy Ronchin stated about Dr. Singer. I do like his stuff I think that they are wonderful but Dr. Singer a whole different experience. He is out for the money and not for the patient. He drained my benefits and then charged me an extra 2400 for two partial crowns that he told me that would work and help heal my gums. When I went back two weeks later, he told me this wasn’t going to work And then wanted me to see his specialist that would cost me another 200 to $300 and then said to me how are you feeling? How do you think I’m feeling. You just charge me $2400 out of pocket for something that you should or known as a dentist wasn’t going to work. he kept me there for the same amount of time as Nancy Did all these x-rays just trying to analyze stuff and figure out what the problem is when you’re a dentist you should’ve known what the problem was. So I went see another dentist for a second opinion. I told him my story. I told him what happened. He looked in my mouth and knew exactly what was wrong. He gave me an x-ray and told me what we need to do. He did not charge me for a visit. He did not charge me for the x-ray. He couldn’t believe what Dr. Singer did to my mouth and couldn’t understand why he would put two semi permanent crowns on when he said that was never going to help your gum issue. Dr. Singer lacks what my new dentist has
patience, empathy, kindness, understanding, most importantly he always goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of at times of emergency. He is very gentle in extreme procedures and his staff are extremely kind and make sure you feel comfortable at all times.
And not out for the money.
I’ve seen my new dentist a few times since and not once did he charge me.
I’m writing this review as i don’t want anyone else to go through what I did.
Always get a second opinion with Dr Singer.
As I just lost 2400 out of pocket.
He never even apologized or even said let me reimburse you the full or partial amount.

This place is looking to drain your benefits and make money. I booked an appointment as a new patient and was told that it would be 90 minutes long and would include X-rays, my cleaning and a new patient exam. Instead, I was there for nearly 2.5 hours and they didn’t even perform my cleaning! By the time all of the suggestions for all sorts of dental work and procedures/upgrades were made, the hygienist had already left for the day and they told me that I’d have to book and come back! To make matters worse, they submitted a partial claim to my insurance company which made billing for my new dental office very difficult. Front desk staff were not helpful with sorting the billing and one even said “if you want to leave tartar and plaque on your teeth, that’s your choice”. I would never return here nor would I recommend it. Also note, I have regular dental cleanings and none of the suggested work was ever recommended in the past and the new dental office that I attended also did not see the need for the thousands of dollars that were presented to me.
I was referred to Dr. Singer after a jaw injury last year when my own dentist was unavailable . He was very honest with me and gave me very good advice during my consultation. After returning to my primary dentist, and several months of seeing unscrupulous medical professionals who put profits first, I decided to switch to Dr. Singer for all my dental needs. I value honesty above all else from a doctor. Dr. Singer is now seeing my whole family, and we are all very impressed at the personalized care provided by Singer Dental. They take the time to explain everything and they really listen to the patient. My daughter normally has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but she’s not at all anxious about her follow up appointment, she felt very comfortable. She also saw Dr. Bent at the office and said he was incredibly kind and professional.
I’d recommend Dr. Singer and his team to anyone!
