I recently had a dental appointment at Sky Clinic, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag.

Let’s start with the positive aspects. Dr. Kenan is undoubtedly a skilled and professional dentist. Throughout my visit, it was evident that he knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain the procedure to me, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. His expertise and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated.

However, the receptionists at the clinic left a lot to be desired. Their behavior was a stark contrast to Dr. Kenan’s professionalism. I found them to be rather rude and unwelcoming. They didn’t use simple pleasantries like “please” and “thank you,” which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. A little courtesy goes a long way in making patients feel valued and comfortable, and unfortunately, this was lacking during my visit.

One of the worst experiences with Dr T.A.K he extracted my lower molar and traumatized and tear my gums. I suffered from severe pain for several days and when I Contacted him he told me it will take time and just to complete my antibiotic course. I suffered 5 days of pain, and pain killers didnt work, I travelled to another emirate to visit a medical center with three specialized surgeons who were shocked of my condition and found a dry socket and exposed dead bone with torn gum, the surgeon took 1 hour cleaning my socket and removing dead bone and had 3 sutures to close the exposed bone!!

Dr.Gyungjoon l is very good, and I didn’t feel any pain during the dental implant many dental clinics that I have been to, I was only satisfied with this sky dental, thank you Dr.Gyungjoon,
