I am a very anxious patient and came here for first visit about 6 months ago after seeing good reviews from other anxious people. I was so scared of the dentist, it had been about 6 years since I saw one, and i had a broken tooth for the last 3 of those years. I finally plucked up the courage to book in here and I am so happy with the experience. Obviously, it’s still going to the dentist and I still get anxious beforehand, but the experience is about as pleasant as a dentist visit could possibly be. The reception staff come across as genuinely kind caring people and have been perfectly efficient. It’s very clean, I have never waited long on the day to be seen, and I trust my dentist (Megan kibble). I don’t need to be mollycoddled, and I like that Megan is straightforward and clear. But what is most important for me, is I feel un-judged by her. I have had numerous dentists in the past look at me like ‘if you’ve let it get this bad there’s no point doing anything anyway’ – I almost feel like they’re going to say “we’ll just have to put you down”..! But at no point did I feel judged or embarrassed when being assessed by Megan, and each time I attend I feel less afraid of the next visit. I’m so glad to finally have a plan and feel like I’m getting this sorted.

I came to this dentist to do some checks being nervous I was welcomed by staff members but the dentist i had was absolutely terrible, spoke aggressive with me and was disrespecting me, this was only a normal routine check up for the first time in years and he stated I had to take some teeth out not giving me any reason why or not telling me how many, he then stated to make it easier for me he would get a hospital to do the surgery while promising me he would bring my smile back to normal. When discussed we spoke about inplants and crowns. Fast forward to the surgery being done 16 teeth was taken out no replacements so went back to continue treatment and was told he won’t do inplants or crowns but do a removable denture which was such a shock. And even the denture was absolutely disgusting didn’t even fit to any extent. So in general do you’re checks before doing anything and have written document before doing anything on yourself.

I attended this dentist a few years back, a lady called Megan became my dentist she gave me 2 fillings but she has created 2 massive gaps between my teeth which I didn’t have before. Over the years the gaps I have had to go to a new dentist have root canal on either side of the gaps that Megan created.
Even now when I eat food the gaps get filled and painful. It’s never been the same since Megan messed up my teeth.
I would not recommend her as your dentist, when I attempted to go back and have her fix what she had done she refused and sent me away to find another dentist.
This is something that has ruined how I eat it’s very painful. I have to constantly pick the gaps, I’ve lost weight because I stopped eating it was very sore.
She was extremely rude to me and I regret the day I let her in my mouth with a drill.
