If I could give 0 stars I would. The office staff are unprofessional, rude and condescending. I was told in May that I would be able to have the urgent procedure I needed done before the end of August. Through out the summer I was calling to get an appointment and every time I was told I would get a call back in a couple of days to set an appointment. Once I called and the receptionist thought she put the phone on hold then proceeded to speak poorly about me to one of her coworkers, thinking I couldn’t hear her. It is now the second week of September and I still can’t even get a consolation.
They are all so nice and friendly, which lessens the anxiety of going to the dentist. Nurse Linda is an excellent nurse, when I was with her my mind was instantly put to ease. She did a very very good job in calming my anxious mind. Doc Peter is very friendly and very professional, he spoke to me like he knew me since when I was a child.
If you are struggling on the dentist’s chair, highly highly recommend this place. They have the best people!

I couldn’t and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have complete confidence in the entire office, from front line staff, Rosa and Yasmine through to nurses Pauline , Cindy, Nancy, Dawn, hygenists, the ever gentle and thorough Tamara, assistants, specialist dentists for every need Dr. Michael Landzberg, Dr. Brian Jaffine to my one and only Dr. David Eisen. The office is the epitome of professionalism.
