I was having tooth pain. I called this office hoping they took state insurance and could see me within a month.
Not only do they take state, but they let me come in and be seen within an hour!!!!
The front desk ladies were all super nice. The lady who took my phone call deserves a raise. She made my day!
I was seen the same day and the dentist took care of my issue also. Wham, bam, thank you mam!
I will tell anyone who will listen about this dentist office. Thank you all for being so kind and for going well about and beyond what I expected. At all.

They scheduled me for the following morning after my phone call to make an appointment!!! I was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist ever since a bad experience as a child and I can honestly say that this place has changed that for me!! The ladies up front are so caring and nice as well as the lady that takes pictures! When dr. Petersen came in he was so nice and very good about explaining my treatment plan! He was willing to get me in the following day to get started and I can honestly say I am actually excited to come back! Thank you

I have been searching around since I moved to the Tri-Cities for the right dentist. Dr. Peterson is hands down the best I have found. He communicates very well, explains and shows you exactly what’s going on. He also treats you like a friend oppose to just a patient. Today Dr. Peterson put in my first dental implant. When I arrived I was a bit nervous. As soon as he walked in the room his confidence and friendliness put my mind at easy. He has an extraordinary skill set and I would recommend him to anybody.
