This place is not patient-friendly. My mom had an appointment here to get her tooth extracted and what happened was they asked her to do an X-ray. Thats understandable to know the depth whatsoever. But a simple dental clinic without an x-ray facility could do an extraction without this! Anyway, they kept on saying that tooth extraction will cost more than the usual depending on the anesthesia that they would need to give her after knowing my mom has an HMO. They should have understand that some patient with HMO are not the richest ones and this is located in the province where farmers/families of farmers are their common patients. In the end, mom just walked out of the clinic and was not able to get her extraction, leaving with a high blood pressure! This is a very discriminatory dental clinic I have ever heard of. Would never recommend as this is a hazard to poor patients!

-Location and Facilities : Clean facility and well ventilated, Easy to find and easy access going in and out Baliwag City town proper. Parking available on a first come, first serve basis but still have more option in nearby area.

-Staff Members : Staff’s are very nice and friendly, very accomodating and professional from booking an appointment until dental procedures. Special mention : Ate Ruby! Great job thanks to you!

-Doctors/Dentists : Dr. Unice herself and Dr.EK, they are both nice and very professional. They accomodated us very well and ensure all our concerns are answered accordingly.

This clinic will surely bring back your brightest smile. The staffs are so approachable. They will assist all your needs. The dentist will explain thoroughly what are the things that need to be improved to your teeth. They will also advise you the proper health care to maintain cleanliness of your teeth.
