I’ve never had a dentist ask me if I ‘wanted’ anaesthetic. Dr Madan didn’t use any anaesthetic, just a numbing gel for the bottom fillings. Next appointment was fillings in top teeth and I’ve never been in so much pain at the dentist. If the patient is clearly struggling and in pain when you do the needle anaesthetic, then you need to stop, and provide more numbing gel. For whatever reason Dr Madan did not do this, I was clearly kicking my legs, flinching in pain, yet Dr Madan tries to justify to my partner (who is a dental assistant) why I’m in pain and says this is normal. Maybe he was trying to save money by not using any anaesthetic, but because of this I had the worst experience ever at a dentist. I won’t bother going back.
He was also quite rude and mean to his dental assistant. However, reception and dental assistants have been lovely to deal with and at least made me feel more pleasant about an experience that really should not be that painful.

I have been here twice now for emergency extractions.

The level of care I receive from these folk is above and beyond. This dental surgery has heart! I am treated and watched others be treated with dignity and respect by the dentists and nurses.

The treatment themselves are excellent. The dentist has always explained every part of the procedure with me, any complications, and his rationale. All whilst holding such a warm demeanour. He is very transparent about costs and meets me where I am at. All while providing excellent care.

I cannot recommend this dentist and its staff enough! Thank you

Dr. Madan is the best dentist I have ever met. One of my tooth had been put filling for multiple times, never last for a year but Dr. Madan made it last for over a year and still has no issue. My mum is happy with her denture which is made by Dr. Madan as well. So I’m happy with his service and highly recommend.
