Avoid this dentist at all costs! Since my insurance has changed and covers less than it did previously, both my wife and I have been pushed to the limit with the entire staff peddling unnecessary treatment to increase revenue.
This morning my wife showed up to her regularly-scheduled standard cleaning and was turned away after waiting 30 minutes because she would not agree to a deep cleaning and some sort of laser treatment that they claimed to be essential (not to mention hundreds of dollars out of pocket). It was an uncomfortable experience, and not our first at this location.
As of this morning they have officially lost my business and I discourage anyone else from using Smile Craft Dental in Flower Mound.
The dentist canceled my appointment after I arrived. Giving two stars because they called me 15 mins before, I was driving and left no voicemail. Super unprofessional.
In terms of the quality of care, the assistant took numerous X-rays to get one correct scan in our first visit. Overall the team seemed inexperienced. I have seen other dentists, the average professionalism of the team is certainly below average.
Dr.Brar is simply amazing. Patient, smart and her suggestions for proper care is amazing. She is understanding of everyone time especially on work time hour. My mother in law went in today and she was very gental and kind in explaining the treatment plan with us . Staff is very friendly and helpful.
