I was thrilled with the whole process. I originally go there for a general check out. Then after check up I was been told what to do rather than the options. The dentist seems working on the speed and turnover rather than dental health care. I had a very strange feeling when I come out of the surgery and then I worked out it is because I feel like the treatment is more like animal and vet rather than treating a human being.

Next day I received a call from the practice about the payment issue. When I describe I wasn’t happy with the treatment they say ”that’s fine”! It seems like they already have so many negative feedback that they couldn’t bother to listen to another story. Yes, as long as you pay!

Just joined after being on the list since January, was seen within a week of calling to book an appointment and subsequent filling was done within a few days due to a cancellation.

Dentist was very polite and calm, took plenty of time to explain everything to my 6 year old who is also autistic.

My filling was done with utmost care and attention to detail even though the clinic was running over.

Receptionists qere really polite and professional at all times!

Overall a really good experience. So happy to finally have a dentist!

This is wonderful dentist office with friendly, polite and professional staff. Highly recommended.. Returned for checkups on both of my children on 22/02/2022, and the dentist was incredibly good with them both. She explained every step of the way to my daughter, who is autistic. This really helped her to feel calm and understand what was happening next. The hygienist was also very friendly and kind. The ladies at the front desk are polite and efficient, as well. Highly recommend, as always!
