This office deserves zero stars. I have never dealt with such an unfortunate series of events as I have with Smile Designers. Literally, every single appointment my husband and I have scheduled ended up costing us more than what was quoted. Hundreds more. This last appointment, we told multiple people that if the procedure wasn’t covered, that we wouldn’t do the work needed. And, again, two weeks after the appointment, they want more of my money because they quoted things incorrectly. If you feel like Smile Designers is your last resort, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. Chastity is the most unprofessional OWNER I have ever dealt with. I run a business. My father owns a business. My mother is a doctor. I get all sides of this story, and still cannot fathom treating individuals this way. This company will BAIT AND SWITCH you. BEWARE. If you end up choosing this office, don’t use Dr. Parke. She’s quite aggressive and we had to have Dr. Samson redo most of her work.

I became a patient last fall, referred through a new friend then. I was new to the Longmont area. The first appointment was mixed- impressive clean comfortable professional office, personable friendly and kind happy respectful staff who were attentive and efficient. However i experienced being neglected in the chair (first time) and as waiting during a procedure, some mouth pain was increasing and no staff came back to check on me for about 20min, and I had no way to call out. Hearing them busy with another patient and hurrying around. I got up from the chair once to go get attention though no one present. I focused on breathing and calming myself, giving benefit-of-the-doubt. Finally they returned to me, and I was given a kind respectful apology, stating they were short a staff person. Other than the initial intro experience, I have been very pleased with this dental office! Thank you!

They do not work well with patients with anxiety. They hurt me on multiple occasions and made me feel like it was my fault never offering me Nitrous oxide or pain killers for procedures such as root canals or extractions (but offered them to my husband???). I felt as though they were more concerned about expensive cosmetic procedures verses addressing the actual dental issues itself, example; They said they couldn’t redo or work around my Veneers and had me reluctantly opt for crowns. Went to new dentist and they had no problem working around the Veneers. Refused to repair a broken Veneer until I could afford to pay for another crown. Chastity promise to call me back (but never did) regarding problems with the teeth they’ve worked on in the past year but no one’s called me back yet. We shall see….
