I chose this dentist because it was in network with my new insurance & close to my house! I have bad dental anxiety (for no good reason) and have not been in awhile, but all of the staff here have made me feel so comfortable from my very first appt! Savannah in the front has answered all my questions & reached out to me as soon as possible when there was a cancellation for me to get in sooner. Today, I had a deep cleaning with Dana that I was BEYOND anxious about but she talked me through everything and made sure I was okay the entire time. I’ve had had nothing but great interactions with everyone I’ve encountered – from Dr. Whitney to all of the ladies in the building. They really care about what they do, making you comfortable, explaining your insurance benefits, & getting you in as quick as they can! They are busy for good reason!

My family and I had a great experience at Smile Innovations. Dr. Gioiello was wonderful! Beth and Cathy were our hygienists and they were fabulous as well! Their whole staff was for that matter! They were all very patient with my children and made them feel very comfortable. I’m so glad we decided to try this practice!

Edited to add: After my cleaning I had to go back to get a cavity filled. As silly as it sounds, I have a horrible fear of feeling numb. Their team put me at ease, and made the whole process so much better for me without making me feel like I was being ridiculous. The dentist was very quick and efficient, yet also took the time to keep checking to see how I was doing. After the numbing set in, the actual cavity filling only took about 15-20 minutes. Another reason why I will keep using this practice!

I have had a great experience with this dentist. I have bad genetics when it comes to teeth and had to establish here as a new patient with lots of work done already. They’ve done a really good job working with what I’ve already had done. This office is professional and friendly from the front desk all the way through to the dentist. I have had cosmetic work done as well as fillings and both experiences have been wonderful. I recommend any of my friends looking for a dentist to come here!
