This is hands down the absolute best dentist I’ve ever gone to in my life! The staff are all super super nice. They read my personality quickly and were able to be laid back and light-hearted with me which really put my anxiety to ease. You can tell that they are very passionate about their jobs! I had the dentist Jasmine working on me the past several times I went in and she is always a sweetheart and does her best to take care of any pain that I have. If I feel anything at all I raise my hand if she gets me some more Novocaine she doesn’t just jump right in and end up hurting you. The dental assistants are really on point as well they work as a team to get everything done perfect. Another thing I really like about this place is when I called to schedule an appointment the furthest out that I have to wait is 2 weeks at the max. And when you get there to the office you’re not sitting around waiting to be seen you’re taking back immediately! I’ve never experienced a dental office like this before in my life I highly highly recommend this place

Believe me when I tell you that this office went downhill quickly. The front office staff is very incompetent; messing up scheduled appointments, last-minute changes ALL the time, not providing requested dental records on a timely manner, I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks and they sent me 3 images of X-rays and nothing more. Then, the medical staff who only care about gossiping about our personal lives with other family members who also go here. Doctors not performing a good job with my last filling and my other family member having issues with a filling too from the same doctor. I have moved on from this practice. You should move on too or not even think to start here.

I had an appointment today at Smile Loft Shady Grove. It was first time in their office. The office was very inviting and calming. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The dentist was very professional and explained everything to me regarding my visit once she was done with my exam. I will be recommending this dental office to my friends and family members. Thank you!
