I have to say, for someone that despises going to the dentist, this office has, while not completely changed my view, has changed my comfortability with them!

I honestly wanted to wait until my second appointment with them to see how well they did when it came to fillings and deep cleaning that I had to go through and I have to say… I love them! Dr. Virginia and… I’m so terrible for forgetting the tech that assists her, but they have made me feel so comfortable during both visits. What I like most is how I’m being informed on what it is that they are doing with my teeth, why and even showing me the tools that are going to be used.

It’s refreshing to have someone that competent and knowledgeable working on you and willing to guide you. I love how the tech puts on music/videos meant to relax you as you’re going under.

The office and tools are always clean, you’re not rushed through your appointment and they are extremely thorough. Like today with my filling I only expected one side and just I do believe three fillings? But Dr. Virginia informed me that there was something else she noticed and wanted to correct it. I’m sure any other dentist would’ve just left it.

The receptionists are also rockstars. I love seeing them when I come in, including Ms. Estelle, I hope that’s you spell it. I highly recommend them and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I had an appointment in Falls Church smiles makers dental clinic at 3.30 pm and o was there 3.15 pm i waited almost 2 hours at 4.45 pm front desk lady’s said that the doctor had left,
I asked for my examination order twice, they did not answer, I wanted to talk to the manager, the lady sitting at the front desk said that she was the manager, while talking about the subject, she said that she was not the manager, that is, she lied.
The lady at the front desk is constantly shouting and trying to raise the price right at the door
They were extremely disrespectful, and a lady who came later stated that the working hours were over and acted very disrespectfully.
I definitely do not recommend it, never

Smile Makers came to my rescue last week when I had a dental emergency! They allowed me to register and have the necessary work all within the same afternoon. The staff are friendly and professional, and the doctor was able to explain the required procedure before and during the surgery. Although my insurers initially refused to cover the work, Stella on the front desk took time to get back in touch with them in order to put them straight! I honestly can’t thank Stella enough – she saved me a fortune and is a total superstar!

I decided to use Smile Makers because of a personal recommendation.. and I’m SO glad I did!
