I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist (stemming from when I was a kid), but Dr. Garrett was knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic. He took the time to listen to my concerns, to gather all the facts, and then we worked together to develop a treatment plan for the issues I was having with jaw/tooth pain. He presented, and made sure I comprehended, my treatment options – explaining things to me in language that I understood – and allowed me to make the best choice for myself. I felt like he was supportive of whatever decision I chose, and was ready to help me move forward to the “back-up” plan, if needed. I left feeling confident and supported. Thank you Dr. Garrett!

Called on a Monday at 11:45 to cancel my appointment for Tuesday at 3pm.
They told me they had cancellation fee of $50 without giving a 24 hour notice.
I said to woman that I am canceling in a 24 hour period, she then proceeded to say ” well your not giving us much time to fill that spot.”
A policy os a policy, I canceled before 24 hours and they still wanted to charge me $50… ( mind you I can’t call on a Sunday even if I wanted to)
office seems very hungry for money… unfortunately… not the same as when Dr.McDonald was there. He was very kind and conservative….

From scheduling to the exam and cleaning, I didn’t realize what I had been tolerating. I immediately felt so welcome and at home, My cleaning was the most gentle cleaning I believe I’ve ever had! I hardly felt it! I had some special requests and they more than accommodated me – they listened and applied my requests to things I didn’t think to ask. My teeth are simply shining! I have found my new dental home.
