Would not recommend.

My mother had her dentures done in this clinic which amounted to 17k. Sadly, the denture did not do justice for it’s price. It did not fit well, the tooth from the denture broke, lots of undercuts (sharp edges). My mother then eventually felt discomfort and stopped using it. We had to bring it back like 3 times (they even charged us for courier fees to send it back to their lab) and nothing had really changed.

I went there personally (since my mother can’t–she’s a senior citizen and a PWD), multiple times since last year just to make arrangements on how the denture can be fixed and be usable at least, but no, they don’t really care at all. They promised to update me and contact the dentist in-charge and it never happened. I even offered that we go to the dentist wherever clinic he’s in but I don’t think they are really willing to take us in.

To save ourselves from unnecessary stress, we just decided to have new dentures done at a known dental clinic in BGC. And guess what, it’s just 1500 pesos higher than what we paid here. With even better service!

Honestly, this clinic is not even cheap. I mean, dental care is expensive in general. But there are far more better clinics that’s worth your money. So do your research and choose wisely!

just today i went on smile solution.the service is good, and everything is explained except of clarification on price..i dont have a problem on price.but on my side nagulat ako kasi ang explain skin 1500 minimum so i expect aabutin ng 2k+ or less so its ok for me,nagulat ako kasi 3k pla..sna na explain skin na ganon price yon. paano kng wla akong dalang extra money edi hnd ako nkapag bayad, mag muka pa akong masama..
isipin mo nlng kng sa ibang tao mangyari na exact ang money tapos mag exceed pla sa budget,paano pa makapag bayad ang tao.

sna explain nyo din kng how much tlga aabutin like the way you explain sa lahat.wag na paligoy ligoy pa na minimum.

but then again overall is service is way above my expectations.

Impressions:
Very modern, clean, and sanitized. Mabango and welcoming. The ambiance feels organic with plenty of natural light flanking the waiting area, far cry from your usual run-of-the-mill depressing dental offices

The staff:
The staff are plenty nice and welcoming. The onboarding process for new patients have very minimum friction and they seem to be willing to accommodate any questions you may have.

Service:
Service was smooth. Detailed, thorough, and clean. You’ll be guided through every step of the procedure, minimizing anxiety and friction.

Overall, it you’re looking for a quality dental office that’s welcoming, clean, and modern 10/10 would recommend Smile Solutions.
