You need to pay for booking fee, just in case you don’t turn up and waste people’s time. I booked for deep cleaning and I had to pay twice, 1st time for booking fee which was PS30 and the 2nd remaining PS30 after the cleaning. Total PS60.

My appointment was around 6pm just before 7pm, when they close. There was no waiting time, I had to wait just few minutes before I was seen.

The Dr Socorro seems like a nice lady, asked me quick question before starting. But I was not happy with the process, there was no paper sheet laid on the chair, not even paper sheet around my neck. So while they were cleaning, few liquid dripped from my mouth. The assistant was there to help with the deep cleaning and handing out things.

I have bad gums, but the Dr could have asked at certain point if I am ok or in pain. I was sweating so much, not from the heat but from the pain.

In terms of work done, I would say she did a great job cleaning my teeth and gums, not 100% clean or free from plaque, but much better than before, as you can see from the before and after.

Payment for booking is on telephone, and the rest of the payment can be card. I was given 2 free interdental brushes to assist. Advice was not given how I should maintain my gum, but I need to keep it clean and come back within 2/3 months for further deep cleaning.

Nice place, everywhere was clean, but I don’t think i would go back there. My experience did not felt professional enough. But in terms of cost wise, I would say this place is quite cheap compared to other dentist in Woolwich.
