The Smile Zone on 109 st. Is the best dentist clinic I have ever experienced. It is conveniently located right near the University of Alberta and has Apple parking. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, and courteous. The receptionist promptly reviewed my dental insurance and gave me an exact quote on the cost of my services. I did not need to get involved with insurance, and charged a very minimal overhead fee. Every dentist at the clinic is thorough, friendly, and give their honest appraisal of the dental work required for optimal dental health. Each dentist has their own particular style, which is thorough, precise, and very accommodating. They have an excellent emergency dental service if you ever are in need of prompt dental work. Thumbs up, Smilezone, you definitely made me smile today!

I recently met with Dr Jain to have two separate crowns done on my teeth. I was taken back by how extremely kind and sensitive this dentist is. Constantly concerned about my well-being and how I was feeling. Such a pleasant experience. His assistant a nice young lady very professional showed me all the cool things they do with technology to make our lives easier. And then it doesn’t stop there, the receptionist, the folks behind the scenes that take care of you. Kan made sure that all the insurance coverage was prepared for me and met my needs. I think in all of my experiences I have never had all the members of a dentist office show such kindness and professionalism. I feel very fortunate!

I got referred to the the Smile Zone from their sister location in Allard. And just just like the Allard location, everyone that I interacted with, from the receptionist, to the techs and then the dentist himself were top-notch. Very kind and warm. And explained everything in a way you’ll understand. Highly recommend this place. And on a side note. I was a bit worried because of the location and proximity to White Ave, that parking might be an issue. But it was most definitely not. Lots of free parking right at their building, specifically for Smile Zone clients.
