I enjoyed everything about this office from start to finish! When I first walked in, all of the front desk assistant, the dental assistant and the dentist all greeted me and took me in right away. I filled out the form ahead of time so it’s super quick and they were able to process everything prior. The office is nice and updated. They are very knowledgeable! They showed me my X-ray as they took them on the screen. That was a pretty cool experience. Everyone is so nice and great to be around. Will be looking forward to my 6 months cleaning & teeth whitening next! The street parking here on Ashland was easy to find parking by the way.

I came back weeks later to get my teeth whitening using their Glo Science Professional teeth whitener and it’s really less sensitive to your teeth because it uses hydrogen peroxide. I did the 5 sessions and she did my night guard molding. She did everything well and within an hour & a half! My new favorite dental office for sure!

The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel at ease. One of the things that sets Smiles on Ashland apart is their use of modern equipment. They have all the latest technology to provide the best possible care. This not only makes the procedures more efficient, but it also allows for more accurate diagnoses and treatments. I have been very happy with my experiences at Smiles on Ashland, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and friendly dentist office that uses modern equipment.

My new favorite go-to dentist! Dr. Ho was very gentle, detailed, and thorough. She took her time to perfect my fill ins, conducting multiple tests to ensure I’m comfortable and satisfied. I really appreciate how she gave me different treatment options for each of my dental concerns – affordable too! For instance, I have minor teeth sensitivity to temperature and she recommended I try Sensodyne toothpaste at home first, before considering other treatments options. She gave me a free mini tube of Sensodyne toothpaste to try at home too! I can tell she genuinely cares for her patients and helps us save money as well.
