Reviews:
I had been a customer with this dental office for over 15 yrs before the Dentist changed. I loved this office they were fantastic and I begged my husband for years to come to them, he finally agreed! When he arrived they told him everything would be covered by his insurance so he said great! They told him he needed “panoramic X-rays” and “had he had those done before?” He said he had x-rays done recently but didn’t know if they were “panoramic” but since it was covered to go ahead and do them. It would have been easy for them to get the recent X-rays from his old dental clinic but he thought he was in good hands and that they knew what they were doing. A week later we received a bill in the mail. When we called to find out, they said his insurance didn’t cover the X-rays, that they had been done recently. Yeah, no kidding, we told you that. We argued back and forth but for a matter of $250 they wouldn’t budge, it would have been inconsequential for them to waive the fee, they would have kept us as loyal customers, with really good insurance and lots of future money to be made from us. In the end they SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS!!!!! essentially bullying us into paying a fee that should have absolutely been avoided and potentially affecting my husbands credit. To be clear the amount of money was never the problem, it was the principle! I understand they’re a business and their main objective is to make money but I’d been a loyal client for YEARS, and finally convinced my husband to come to them instead of his dentist (which he didn’t want to, but I convinced him they were SOOO amazing) and they totally screwed him over on his very first visit.
If you’re looking for a dental office without morals, then these are your people.
TL;DR She does great work but I felt manipulated into getting work done. Changed dentists.

Moved into the area and became a patient. After XRays Dr. Basseri almost screamed at me in disbelieve telling me my backteeth had cracks and I needed fillings. My teeth had always been fine until then and I had never had a doctor be this vehement so I was scared and thought it was crucial to get it done.

After one side of fillings I felt like my bite was off and weird, so the Doctor put off doing the other side so I could get used to it. Suddenly it didn’t feel as pressing and vital to get fillings.

I did suddenly get a text in capslock telling me Dr. Basseri was VERY CONCERNED about me getting the other filling done a month in, even though she said we were going to wait for 4 months.

Every dentist has different criteria of what is necessary work but I just felt pressured and almost scared into getting the filling instead of getting talked to like an adult with options.
She does great work but I don’t like scare-tactics, I don’t feel like I can trust someone like that so I switched dentists.

My bite still feels off even though the filling is nicely done. My new dentist doesn’t think I need the other filling.

Always a pleasant and easy visit. The front desk staff are lovely and the dental hygienist who takes care of my cleanings (apologies for forgetting her name!) is both gentle and meticulous. Moreover, she consistently provides me with insightful and practical post-dental advice. Overall, the staff at this establishment offer an exceptionally welcoming and cozy atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone who may be apprehensive about visiting a dentist 🙂
