I rarely if ever leave reviews. However, this place was beyond amazing for me not to. I was referred to Oak Ridge Smiles by my original dentist due to needing a tooth implant. Let me also add that I have SEVERE dental anxiety. Everyone here treated me with true kindness and care. They made me feel very comfortable and confident with all the procedures that would be taking place that day. They really went above and beyond to ensure I was at ease during every step. Dr. Kim and many others even stayed past closing time just to try and get my temporary tooth made since it was my front tooth they had to remove. This amazed me and showed true patient care! I myself have been in the medical field for 7 years and understand what patient care means. This place and their staff far exceeded my expectations! I have since left my current dentist and have made Dr. Kim and team my new dental family. I want to give a major shout out to all of those who genuinely made my experience amazing; Dr. Jafarian, Dr. Kim, Sam, Ebony, Mattye, and everyone from the front desk to billing. You are ALL amazing!!

Dr Gardner and his staff are the best! As a new patient who had been putting off going back to the dentist for too long, I was anxious about my visit, and the dental hygienist Liz immediately set me at ease. She’s the best hygienist I’ve ever had…explained everything clearly, was gentle but thorough, and didn’t try to make me talk while her hands and instruments were in my mouth, haha! Dr Gardner was great, as well, and when we talked about options such as cosmetic procedures and Invisalign, he seemed to honestly want to provide the best and most cost effective options. The rest of the staff was great, too. 10 out of 10 experience!

It’s always a pleasure to see Dr. Gardner and his friendly staff at Smiling Oak Dentistry. It’s a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere that makes going to the dentist enjoyable. Every time I’m in there, I run into a neighbor or a familiar face. Best of all, I know I can trust Dr. Gardner to do the right thing. He NEVER tries to upsell me or push a costly, unnecessary procedure on me that I don’t need. Very refreshing given today’s typical dental experience. His hygienists are awesome as well.
