Everyone is caring and made me comfortable. Each person that has been a part of my work so far has been kind and answered any questions I’ve had along the way. The dentist has been informative and he has done an amazing job. The results so far are fantastic and I have had little discomfort if any through some fairly major and extensive procedures. And he called personally to follow up and leave his cell number after the initial work and sedation. The team is great. Also recently came in for a cleaning and Kim was excellent. Made me comfortable, helped me to know what to do at home and is in a path to keep me healthy. Very knowledgeable

First was told that it would only be about 600 dollars minus 25% sense we were paying cash. (No insurance) then was told 929 total to be put to sleep and stitched up. That this price already included the 25% off. Never actually got put to sleep and didn’t need stitches. Also tried to say it where I wouldn’t hear it, so asked do I get money back and they said “no, that’s not how it works”. Why would I pay for something that wasn’t needed or even worked for that matter. Terrible experience. Wanted to be put to sleep because she was scared from another bad dental experience. Now she’ll probably never go back to a dentist.

Great customer service, they worked with me financially as well and found me the best payment plan for the services I requested, very communicative I’m constantly receiving reminders about my appointments and even receiving calls to see if I’d like to get seen sooner than later for my benefit. Overall a very caring company, I’d recommend all people try Smyl Manatee when in need
