If I could give 0 starts I would 100% do it. I normally don’t leave reviews but this is by far the worst place I have ever been. I came here because I needed a root canal, the person that I spoke over the phone Ms. Boyd was so nice and made me feel comfortable, I got there for my appointment 07/08/2024 at 8:45 am Dr. Joshua Kaliher was amazing he was nice and care, he told me I needed the root canal and a crown, he said the front lady would tell me the prices and the financing options, the front desk lady gave me the prices and I asked about financing option she told me I could come back whenever I had the money I said okay no problem. The doctor came to me and asked me what I had decided and I told him what I was told and said he was going to talk with the lady so I can get done the root canal at least and we did that. I paid $195.60 for the root canal and I was told to wait until 1 pm I said okay no problem moving forward by 3:45 the Endodontist didn’t even know he had me as a patient, so I told the front desk lady I needed to leave and wanted my moment back since I waited from 8:45 am until 3:50 pm they told me they could reschedule me for another location in Austell, GA I agreed but due to family inconvenience I called to reschedule little did I know the team from that location had no clue I was supposed to go there that day 07/09/2024. I called back to the Snellville location and requested a refund I was told the refund was submitted and that it would take a few days due depending on my financial institution I agreed. A week passed by and nothing, I called and got to the office twice and they were close due to not internet or phone, the second time someone from the office called me and told me the request for the refund was put and they were waiting on the regional manager to approve it but that the manager did it so by the end of the month I was going to be getting my refund. All this time until today 08/01/2024 I had been so calm and agreeing to everything they said because I understand that some things requires some time but I got to the office today and asked them for the refund since we are August now and I was told that the manager hasn’t approve it yet, so I told them I was done waiting and I needed my money, then I was told that Ms Jefferson was going to send a message to the corresponding person so they can approve the refund. I told them if I have to go there everyday I will do it until I get my money back. If you can, stay away from this office because they only care about the money and personally speaking they didn’t care about my case specifically, except for Dr. Kaliher.
The one star is for the wonderful receptionist and the young lady that did my X-rays.

Cleaning) they would
Not clean my teeth. They stated because I had a deep cleaning on m last visit I can only get deep cleanings. Although I had one tooth that was a 4. I didn’t NEED a deep
Cleaning but I am
Not allowed to get a general
Cleaning! I thought I was in as a new patient? So I, nor will
My family ever return! This is a money making business, they care about my teeth so much, they won’t clean them
Unless I pay!!!!!!! Make it make sense!
I was previously a patient before the practice was sold, I’ve been traveling so needed dental when I returned in the past appointments were consistently canceled and had to be rebooked canceled by the doctor’s office. I tried this time I had a crown pop off and call the emergency line left a message and the only reply I got back was from the automated system no one ever called me I made a temporary appointment online and in the meantime I found another dentist that could see me the next day checked it made me an appointment begin the dental work I needed the following day. When you’re in need of some sort of medical you don’t need someone who doesn’t bother to call you and cancels your appointments consistently. I see with the new owners nothing has improved and when I called and cancel the appointment and told the young lady why she just said okay thank you and hung up no retention discussion of a client patient at all. Very poor customer service patient relations.
