I had my wisdom teeth removed here 1+ years ago and the experience was okay, the doctors were amazing and so helpful, really nothing to complain about there. The only issue I had was the rude undertones of the office staff, I noticed right away when I came in for my surgery that the woman working the desk was a little rude when speaking to me, and I’m an anxious person who was having a hard time getting through my first minor surgery. My dad and step mom were there and they were the ones dealing with most of the staff after that. They paid, we left, I recovered, and honestly never thought about it again. Fast forward a few months and they start calling me, I honestly thought it was a spam call at first because my dentist is a different number and I had forgotten about the whole thing. They call a few more times and I finally answer, the same lady at the desk was on the other end and she told me I had a balance of 95 dollars I needed to take care of. This confused me since I thought we had paid before we left. I called my dad and asked him to pay it for me since I don’t have a credit card (I’m a 19y F) and again left it at that. They didn’t call me for awhile so I assumed it had been paid and all was good. Today I get a call from them again, another passive aggressive message asking me to pay the bill or else further action will be taken. This of course spooked me, I called back right away to try and pay myself. Same lady again, I ask her if I can e transfer, she gives me a firm no, and suggests I buy a temporary credit card at the store. I don’t want to do that, so I tell her I will figure it out and call back, and before I could hang up she berated me about how the bill hadn’t been paid in a year and she doesn’t want to have to send it to collections, all while having a very rude tone. I only wanted to pay the bill and make it right, but she made me feel extremely uncomfortable and showed no kindness what so ever. I understand it’s frustrating when people don’t pay, but I previously did pay, and I was making an effort to ask questions to I can pay this fee, but I was met with a lot of hostility I feel and I did not appreciate that. The bill will be paid by my dad (for real this time, he forgot about it last time) and all will be square. I loved the doctors they made me feel really comfortable and made that hard day a lot easier! As for the office, they created a lot of unnecessary stress i feel. I hope others have a better experience and honestly, if they had friendlier office staff this would have been a 5 star post!
After 10+ years suffering, dentist after dentist insisting “saving” my upper teeth only to have all the work break down and fall out again, Complete Smile Denture recommended this office for extraction and I was certainly NOT disappointed. The staff was very professional and kind, from phone queries to appointment to scheduling pre-op and surgery, they took care of all the details, answered all my questions, and were extremely thorough with instructions. Dr Sokolosky himself, although a wise “man of few words”, delivered above even my expectations. As a testament to that, one week after his extracting 12 upper teeth and putting my immediate dentures in, I am typing this while “chewing” a hot-from-the-oven white brownie my wife just baked.
Absolutely thrilled!

This office is a joke.. I paid out of pocket to have my daughter’s teeth removed 2 months ago while not working due to covid. They never sent away the paperwork to my insurance company and when they finally did they didn’t send a copy of her xrays. I’m pretty sure they would have done it properly if they weren’t paid in advance.. so it’s 2 months later and I still haven’t been reimbursed because the lady at the desk clearly can’t do her job right.. the Dr himself did a fine job but after all this hassle I would recommend going anywhere but there.
