Please don’t waste your money on this place and don’t get fooled by their smiles including the receptionist. The last time the Dr worked on my teeth I ended up in the ER. I was told by another Dentist that the work she did on me had been one of the worst he had ever seen and was amazed how this place was still running, I will not go into details about the specifics as I am thinking of taking legal action. This Dr has literally been taking everybody’s money. The way she fixes things is by extracting your teeth or sending you elsewhere. This place should be shut down. I will never EVER recommend this joke of a place. Solano County should not have Dr. Manzano provide any type of service because all she cares about is taking your money. Please share this post to alert others to not make the same mistake.
I arrived a few minutes early for my 1:15 dental appointment today and the office was closed. I did not get a confirmation text so I called the office twice to confirm it was today, but no answer. On my first visit I paid my bill the day off, but not only did they continue to send me notices in the mail that I did not pay, they threatened to take me to collections in the mail. I called multiple times to verify I did in fact pay, and had my statement from my bank as well. I am highly disappointed in this office and will be going back to my old dental office of over 10 years, even though it is farther away since I moved.
They did not explain any of the procedures or what they were doing when they did it but wanted me to sign a form saying I had the opportunity to ask questions. When my husband tried to ask questions for me they were extremely condescending and began to talk in a different language which my husband completely understood. They were extremely rude and the receptionist made giving me my records seem like the end of the world. She was extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
