The woman who was my higentist did excellent, she did a great clean and made me feel comfortable when I told her I have not been to the dentist in years. What I’m frustrated about is the actual dentist only talked to me at the end for a couple minutes, and told me I need to get 2 teeth pulled because they’re rotten and that they’re all pushing on each other. And instead of scheduling or doing anything or helping me with this pain they took me to the front desk, charged me and then when I stated that it like I was being overcharged because my moms dentist that she goes to does not get a bill ever. I also stated I only picked this location because it said with my insurance it would be extra savings but it definitely wasn’t. They had me speak to an insurance woman that works there that gives you quotes and said she would call and schedule my next appointment and it’s been no response ever since and that was a couple months ago. I’m still in pain. Don’t waste your time.

It was an ok visit today a later appointment then I wanted but it’s cool. The lady was nice who cleaned my teeth. I hate that every time I go to get my teeth done it’s always something to do with me spending money which I don’t have. Like if I made what dentist and doctors make you guys can take every tooth in my mouth out and replace it with fillings or new teeth. But until then I just want my teeth cleaned and x-rayed that’s all. No bad news or nothing. I don’t know when I’ll be able to get another day off of work. Like times are hard out here now days. And the amount of teeth that I need pulled I can’t afford it and take care of my family. So I gotta deal with the consequences and have to suffer or Unless I got the lottery. Then y’all wanna be like you can have payment arrangements. Like I don’t need any more bills right now. Maybe next time.

I had not been to the dentist in so long that I couldn’t remember. After my first visit to Solon Smiles, I can honestly say that I would never have waited so long if I knew how kind and caring a whole office full of staff would be for me. Everyone seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort and wellbeing. I feel like I’m in good hands to get the help I need to get my best mouth health.
