I had my second bridge started today. Dr. Barney is diligent about limiting my pain throughout my procedure. The doctor performed additional work that was not scheduled for today in order to ensure that I left his chair with no issues to address later. Stacy, assisted the Dr. and completed all the prep and finishing. Stacey was so very easy to visit with and she kept the appointment running smoothly. We even shared pics of our cute dogs. I was called back for my visit within a few minutes of arriving and was actually in the chair for 2 hours but it seemed like is was a quick visit. I think that says a lot about me being super comfortable. Isn’t that what we all want. Besides, Dr. Barney is making my teeth look beautiful.
I love, love, love, Sonoma Family dental. They are THE BEST dental office I have had the privilege of experiencing. Dr. BARNEY, is my dentist, he is very kind, understanding and compassionate. I’ve only been there a few times and each time have been given the utmost care. I get dental anxiety and the staff has made me feel very comfortable while providing me with educational information to put my dental worries and concerns at ease. I only wish that I would have found them sooner. For the first time in my 30 years of life, am I looking forward to experiencing more dental care here at Sonoma Family Dental!
Dr. Barney and his team are incredible. I really feel like they care about my experience. Even if I am there for something not needing Dr. Barney (e.g., x-rays), he always pops his head in and says hello. I have heard him do this with other patients as well. The office staff are always very nice, and the billing department has been very patient in dealing with my insurance. They are also very punctual. I think the longest I’ve ever had to wait in the waiting room was five minutes and I think that was only once and I’ve been going there for a little over two years. Thank you all for all you’ve done for me.
