I tried to schedule an appointment online, and it never went through. I called unsuccessfully and eventually emailed. Appointment was set for about 4 months later. A few weeks before the appointment, I emailed to see if I could change the time of the appointment. I was told the doctor is on maternity leave and wouldn’t be able to see me. You’d think a doctor’s office could communicate that to patients. They weren’t even apologetic about it. With all the communication issues, I’m no longer interested in being a patient.

UPDATE: Upon writing the review, the office immediately texted me. I had never contacted them via text, and that felt very intrusive. I understand that any doctor can go on maternity leave, however the fact that I was not communicated about it at all until I messaged to confirm my appointment is poor management. My review reflects my experience with the management of the dental office and I standby what I said.

The staff is absolutely the best and the communication between the patient and staff is 100% and they are very polite and helpful. This is important and I was very happy with my experience. The dentist explained everything in detail and showed me the X-rays and it helps immensely to have that treatment. Thank you so much to everyone !! When I made the appointment I was very impressed with the way the representative went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and understood everything. Keep up the great work

The dentist and their assistants handled their job with precision and teamwork. I unclenched my hands and pretended to enjoy the experience.

The front-end staff are calm and polite but most importantly execute their job without creating a fuss (a big deal).
