Edited review: DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. THEY DO SHADY BUSINESS TO THE 1000TH DEGREE!!!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! EVEN DEVIL HIMSELF WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND HE’S THE FATHER OF LIES!!!!

So I went to them on 2/5/24 for a perio consultation. I was informed by the doctor and Toni that they would submit to my insurance get approval for perio treatment ONLY! Lo and behold, I received a letter from my insurance about approvals for a root canal and crowns which by the way I DO NOT need or was never even informed by anyone that I needed or that they will be submitting to my insurance for those treatments. I don’t even know how i was even approved by my insurance for a RCT and Crown. But I would not be surprised if the x-rays they sent in to get the approval doesn’t belong to me. The procedure that I actually need, they did NOT send in a full mouth series of x-ray so I was basically denied by my insurance for the service that I DO need. How ironic!!!!

A few weeks later I received another letter from my insurance about claims for cleaning, xrays, fillings; the whole nine yards. Mind you, I had already had my regular routine dental in January, which i told them about and I even sent them my x-rays. But I guess they didn’t care because their agenda is to milk insurance companies for everything they can get. The ONLY thing that Dr. Tolly and their office did was looked in my mouth and took xrays, AGAIN. So I called my insurance to let them know that they paid for services that I had never received and when they contacted their office, Toni made it seemed like I’m a liar and she is so oblivious to the workings of her office because in her words, “I’m the manager and certain things are not within my scope of duties”. Lady, YOU ARE the one sitting at the front desk and dealing with patients.

IF I COULD’VE GIVEN THEM NEGATIVE 0 STARS, I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD. THEY ARE VERY CROOKED IN THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS! I have been dealing with this place the past few months leaving work early at least once a week to make my appointments. The wait is ALWAYS 1 hour or more no matter what time you are scheduled for. I took out a line of credit to get my dental work complete, you think they care NOOOO! I was charged for two root canals and only had one complete since OCTOBER 26ND. My root canals were right next to each other, when I first started the work I was in so much pain after each WEEKLY appointment I assumed the completed both at the same time.. WRONG!! I started experiencing a lot of tooth pain again April or May, come to find out the put a crown over my infected tooth! They only completed one root canal after being PAID IN FULL for TWO. I go to the dentist in A LOT OF PAIN to be told “you’re still in pain”. OBVIOUSLY IF THE ROOT CANAL IS NOT COMPLETE YES I AM STILL IN PAIN. I finally was able to be scheduled for the second root canal and they started the work on it. I missed my second appointment due to not being able to leave work and they gave me a appointment for Sunday, July 21 which was yesterday. I remembered the appointment on Saturday but realized I did not received a txt or call reminder, I was unable to reach the office the whole weekend. I called today July 22nd and was told I was never scheduled and they have no more availability for any coming weekend , in frustration I hung up on them and called back to be told “I should have said I was in pain”. WHY DOES IT MATTER IF I AM IN PAIN OR NOT! YOU HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR WORK THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED MONTHS AGO. It DOESN’T PAY TO CUT CORNERS! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HIS OFFICE, SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS OF PEOPLES HEALTH AND TIME!

This place is a complete MONEY GRAB, they misrepresent your symptoms in order to get the MOST money out of your healthcare provider

Unfortunately for this who have medicaid or medicare this means you’ll most likely get declined for simple things as a cavity or root canal. IF YOU DO TAKE THE RISK AND GO HERE MAKE SURE THEY CONSULT WITH YOU ON WHAT THEY ARE REQUESTING TO GET DONE, DO NOT HAVE THE DOCTOR SUBMIT WITHOUT YOUR OK . YOU WILL GET DECLINED IT DUE TO THE HIGH AMOUNTS OF PROCEDURE THEY WANT TO DO THAT YOU DO NOT NEED, DOESNT MATTER HOW FRIENDLY THEY MAY SEEM PLEASE TAKE THE EXTRA PROCAUTION

PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR DENTAL WORK DONE HERE PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND KNOW THAT THOSE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT LYING.

(note to the person who replies to these reviews please do not bother you guys are absolute crooks and should lose your ability to practice, 3-4 years later and I still experienced the same treatment as those in the negative reviews years prior. Just shut down and stop ruining UNSUSPECTING PEOPLES TEETHS and in turn their LIVES)
