I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Balikyan and his staff yesterday getting my routine dental check and cleaning. I had to bring my 8-month-old daughter along and was hoping she’d be quiet and calm while I was being seen. Instead, she started wailing! Not only did Dr. Balikyan and the dental hygienist Erika do an excellent job on my teeth, but they and others also helped amuse and calm my baby when she was crying. More than that, they didn’t make me feel bad for having to bring her along. They were just caring and helpful. This is a dental office that truly cares about its patients, and I am happy to be one of them!
Dr. Balikyan was super patient, understanding, and helpful in creating a plan with me to improve my dental health. The hygienist was also very caring and put my nerves at ease. All of the support staff, the x-Ray technician, and the receptionists were also warm and friendly. Thank you for making my return back to the dentist a much easier transition
Dr. Balikyan and his hygienists provide * excellent * care. Their “prevention is better than treatment” approach to health care works. He and his staff can keep you in good health as they have done for me and I am profoundly grateful. The small bits of “extra” hygiene means you will keep your own teeth and smile for the rest of your life.
