Not happy with my experience I had the other day, first off I had an appointment for 1:30pm and I go to the front desk they ask my name and they said “oh we tried calling you a few times the day before to confirm”, I said oh I get so many spam calls I don’t know who is who, then she said “we gave your appointment to someone else but we can still take you”… come to find out when I was filling paperwork out I looked at call log and they never called me once to confirm.. so that was a lie and crazy how fast they are to give someone else your spot. Then they take me back, whoever the dental hygienist was she was okay but one thing I don’t like is when people don’t greet you.. like you work with PEOPLE! You are supposed to greet the people you work on… i sat in the chair and she took X-rays of my mouth.. come to find out I needed a deep clean (which my insurance didn’t cover).. but why wasn’t I offered a regular cleaning ?? Just because I can’t afford the deep cleaning why couldn’t they give me a regular cleaning.. I told them I hadn’t been to the dentist in years.. at least offer me that..

I had a tooth ache and i
was in search for a new dentist. I called S main and they booked me for the next day. During my visit I had an emergency root canal done. The entire staff took very good care of me and I felt so great after my visit with them They were kind concerned compassionate and did a great job making me feel comfortable. The Dr knew exactly what she was doing.This visit by far was the best Dentist visit I have ever experienced I will continue my future visits with them. They are were professional and friendly as well

The person at the front desk was rude. When I said good morning and asked how they were, they just asked if I had an appointment. Even when I repeated myself, they only said “good” back. I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment, even though I was on time. The person who cleaned my teeth was nice, but the dentist didn’t introduce herself and just left when she finished without saying goodbye. As a nurse for over 8 years, I know what it’s like to be busy, but being rude and ignoring people isn’t good customer service. I’m not sure if I’ll go back there.
