Attended today very distressed that my dentures had snapped in two
On top of that lost my bank card. Before the appointment I told the receptionist I could only pay by bank transfer because I had lost my card. She went to her manager to see if I could keep the appointment and came back with no they don’t do bank transfers and the appointment needed paying for……….
I was very unfairly rude to the receptionist because of my distress, she went back to her manager and did her very best to sort this despite my hostile attitude and I was able to keep my appointment.
I couldn’t apologise enough to her with how I’d spoken to her and now on this review I cant thank her enough for noticing I was desperate for the appointment rather than angry and rude towards her, herself.
Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was a young lady auburn hair and was on reception at 3.30pm today.
She is an asset to your dental practice, polite, calm and above all caring to the client. Thankyou so much

My dentist at this practice is Mr Suhael Zaro. He’s a great dentist, very friendly and immediately puts you at ease. He takes time to ask about problems and discuss what options there are regarding treatment and is very gentle and caring. The receptionists are lovely and are only too pleased to help. Would 100% recommend this practice!
Had an appointment booked with suhal for 23 July. Unfortunately this was cancelled but I phoned and was given a replacement appointment with meesha on 16 July. She was very nice and efficient and would highly recommend her. Very happy that I got a replacement appointment so quickly considering the current problems with NHS dentists.
