This place may have the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. I’ve only been a patient here for a little over a year and the receptionists are always so short with me whenever I call and literally have sighed and gave me attitude when I’ve scheduled anything. I unfortunately had to cancel my appointment day of due to circumstances outside my control and the receptionist said “Fine.” Then I called a few days later to pay my bill since I couldn’t go and was going to pay when I went to said appointment. I was then told I owed $50 more due to the same day cancellation. I was not told this when I initially cancelled! If this is general policy I was unaware of it since I’ve never had to cancel day of before so it would have been nice to know!
It’s also not just the front that’s rude the doctor who I was with had almost no professionalism. Her work was good but she said things like “Yeah, whatever you’re doing isn’t working.” Then I asked her for suggestions for things like toothpaste and mouthwash was met with “It doesn’t really matter.”
So I’m done with this place. I paid my fees because I’d rather lose $50 if it means I never have to interact with these people again.

My experience at South Plainfield Dental Arts is ALWAYS A1. From the time I walk in door, the ladies are pleasant and always greet you. My Dentist, Lisa is exceptional! She is professional, always thorough and answers any questions and/or concerns you may have. If there are any issues they are very detailed with letting you know what you need to do and even if there are no issues they will let you know how to continue excellent care if needed. The head Dentist that comes in and follows up after is very professional and pleasant as well. Everything is checked and done thoroughly. I’ve been going to South Plainfield for 25+ years and have NEVER had any complaints or issues.

I’ve been going to South Plainfield Dental Arts for over 30 years. My mother has been going to them since she was young as well. Every appointment is through, pleasant, and professional. Honestly this place is like a second family appointment wise. You build great relationships and leave with a perfect smile. They have always done a great job and stay on top of appointments. I don’t mind traveling as far as I do to keep them as my dentist. High recommend
