Disclosure: I had previously written a poor review but this dentist works hard to take BAD REVIEWS off Google / Yelp. Luckily, the truth will always come out. Read through the bad reviews for the TRUTH about how TERRIBLE & MONEY HUNGRY this dentist is. DO NOT GO HERE if you want an HONEST DENTIST & care about your teeth.

First off, there is NO HEART in SSF Heart Dentistry – absolutely NONE. This dentist is MONEY HUNGRY, will market procedures you do not need, and LIE through his teeth about the situation of your mouth to upsell procedures that YOU DO NOT NEED. On top of that, I got the WORST CLEANING of my life from the hygienist here – SHODDY quality, not clean, and unskilled hands. The dentist will market that you have cavities and need to pay $$$$$ for a deep cleaning from his HYGIENIST when a normal dentist should be giving you a deep cleaning referral to a PERIODONTIST. He literally churns through patients for a short amount of time (like you are piglets going to the slaughterhouse) to tell you about your so-called “ISSUES” when I had asked the hygienist 5 minutes earlier and a different dentist afterwards to learn that these were not issues.

I am literally re-writing my review because it infuriates me to this day how this dentist treats patients. I hope you will save yourself the trouble, money, and lies and go to another dentist. It is shocking to me the number of positive reviews – but this is not surprising given how hard they worked to take down my initial Yelp / Google review less than 24 hours after it was posted.

Very dishonest dental practice billing, noted in other negative reviews. Office tried to charge a $45 copay when there was none per our delta dental insurance. Turns out they were adding extra, non-essential costs. Office tried to get this extra money, even after multiple inquiries. Delta dental stepped in and notified office this is not allowed by their contract. Best to look elsewhere for a reputable office.

My first time at SSF Heart Dentistry has ensured that I will be coming back. I was received graciously by Alejandra, and she took my x-rays in a manner both friendly and skillful. My dental work was done by Dr Wen. She did a very professional job, and her manner was friendly and put me at ease. I will be seeing Dr Tsoi soon, and I have every expectation of the same courteous and professional treatment.
